In this tutorial we will quickly review the method of reviewing your orders and payments. All you have to do is to visit our partner page then follow the simple instructions below.

Once you visit the page you will see this form and you'll need to fill it with the required data:



You Need to enter your order number or your invoice ID.

Please Check Your Email to Find Your Invoice ID, Normally you will receive an email from this address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. If you didn't find your invoice in the inbox, you may need to check junk mail folder or use your email search which come from your email hosting provider (eg. Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook..etc) Check Your Email

You will need to enter the first 6 digits on the same card you used to make the payment.

Also you need to enter the last 2 digits on the same card you used to make the payment.

After you entered the first 6 digits and the last 2 digits you'll need to enter the same email address you used during making the payment (Normally the same email where you received the invoice ID).


Once you finish filling the form and making sure that all the data info are correct. You can click on "Find My Order Button" then you should be able to see your order and your transaction amount.



What you can do with the order tracker ?

1 - You can make sure that your payment has entered to our account. Because ROSETANA can't process your order before we get notified that your order has confirmed by the payment gateway.
2 - You can print your invoice any time you wish to do.
3 - You will be able to update your billing information.
